• Dehydrated Fruits
Fruits in general contain more than 85% water and get spoiled very quickly, if not stored properly. Dehydration can remove 80% of the water from fresh ripe fruits e.g. bananas, mangoes, papayas, apples and other tropical fruits. The final drying of these dehydrated fruits by vacuum drying / oven drying provides a product which has good quality, attributes with respect to appearance, taste, flavor and colour as compared to sun drying. We have these different dehydrated fruits like Mango, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Papaya, Pomello, Strawberry, Guava, Ginger & many others.

 

 

• Canned Fruits & Vegetables
Our canned fruits and vegetables are manufactured with the state-of-art technology using the best hygiene standards maintaining their freshness, flavor, colour and nutrition value.

 

 

 

• Fruit Juices & Concentrated Fruit Juices :
Fruits are used to extract the Juices and are procured from the finest growing belts of tropics and are processed under totally hygienic conditions. One cannot get such delicious and natural Fruit juices.

 

 

 

• IQF Frozen Fruits & Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables have more than 75 to 85 % water, removal of 60 % of it reduces storage and transportation cost but catches fungus. So it should be frozen. Re hydrates very fast, have good taste and aroma, colour as compared to totally dehydrated product. Fresh fruits have short life, needs much space for storage and transportation. They are better than pulps because water is removed at low temp.
